Eligibility requirements: legally present in the United States and eligible for
employment under United States Citizenship and Immigration Services
(USCIS – formerly the INS) regulations.

CRIS North office, 4889 Sinclair Road, Suite 111, 43229
Eligibility requirements: a refugee who entered the United States within the
past five years, an asylee who was granted asylum in the US within the
past five years or who is part of an refugee/immigrant household with
children under the age of 18 living at home – and income-eligible under
TANF guidelines or who is a pregnant refugee/immigrant woman income-
eligible under TANF guidelines.

CRIS West office, 3000 West Broad Street, 43204
Eligibility requirements: refugees who are secondary migrants (i.e. those
resettled elsewhere in the US who moved to Franklin County) who arrived in
the US within the past five years or those who were granted status asylum
within the past five years.
